Started a fast 3 days ago to clear my skin.  Saturday morning I ate some waffles with syrup and some bacon.  But then I decided I was going to start the apple fast to clear my skin.  I ate nothing but organic apples for the rest of the day on Saturday  then all day Sunday & Monday.  I ended the day with an enema, which was kinda brutal and really sucked the first few days.  But I realized it was pretty easy to do after I took a real warm bath and was real relaxed.  It is now Tuesday and my skin is not perfectly clear, so I've decided to continue, but with a straight up water fast.  I'm going to continue fasting until my skin is completely clear.  I wish I could add pictures here.  I lost my phone with a good quality camera.

Hey this is my first blog post.  Thinking I'm just gonna make this my new journal.  Just read xamuel's blog, read about the air force, positive affirmations, and improving my life.  I want to be smarter and I have always thought new learns make you smarter, David D told me.  Now this guy is telling me the same thing.  It makes sense to me.  Some new things to consider doing are to create a blog, travel, learn a new language, and work out.  I've always been working out but I thoroughly enjoy it and want to keep getting stronger and healthier so I will continue.  He said having a blog increased his conversation skills.  He was talking about experience points like in a video game.  Whenever you do something new, you get better in all other areas of you life.  I'll give it a try. Did a lot of shit today.  Learned a ton.  Woke up around 1pm after a night of drinking and watching the superbowl at Andrew's.  I wanted to leave earlier but it seemed like no one wanted me to leave.  I didn't want to hurt people's feelings, and I was also lazy, so I didn't leave.  Stupid reasons, I know.  Got home around 1:15, and passed out for about 12 hours.  I want to wake up around 8 tomorrow and clean up this room down here, move the plants in the garage and start moving some of this other shit in the room upstairs.  I also want to wake up early so I can start downing gallons of water to pass the drug test I have to take at 6 in Mt Prospect.  Hopefully I pass...
